Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from shipping time and is not included in the estimated delivery window. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframe
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to carrier issues or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Orders
